Double Coverage?

Currently, I have decent dental coverage. However, I need a lot of work done and of course will cost me an arm and leg. Is there a supplimental insurance plan that will cover what my current dential coverage does not? If so any recommendations? TIA

Double Coverage?
More than likely nothing that would be cost effective, it would cost you more for the extra policy, a lot of dental offices do offer a dental/medical credit card and if you are approved depending on the balance you can get interest free payments for 18 months or more, it is call care credit that may be something to look into.
Reply:I can't tell you a specific supplemental plan but there is a possibility.

if your current dental insurance is a PPO (as apposed to a DHMO), then there is a chance there is a supplemental insurance plan that your dentist office might accept.

my situation was that i had dental coverage from work and i bought (for a relatively low price) a year long insurance plan from something that was called a dental services discounter. try web searching for a dental discounter in your area.
Reply:I have a great dental plan! It is not insurance but a dental discount plan. The savings are great! It can be used as a supplement plan, you just need to make sure that your dental provider accepts both plans your insurance and the discount dental plan.
