Find a job that has dental coverage insurance.
I have really bad teeth , where can I find full coverage dental insurance?
Unfortunately, most dental plans are discounted treatment and not like health insurance. Do you live near a large university with a dental school? They do excellent work and charge a minimal amount - all the dental students are supervised by long-time dentists and their work should help. Also, if you are qualified for state aid, they cover almost all dental work. Good luck!
Reply:a different job than where you are working now otherwise you is too late for insurance. Insurance is something you get before while you are in great shape(in case it happens). Works the same for auto insurance.
Reply:There are dental insurance plans that you can join as an individual. The problem with that however is they will usually impose a "waiting period" of anywhere from 6 to 12 months, sometimes longer, before they will cover you for any major expenses. The reaon for that is fairly obvious as premiums are relatively low, therefore you'll need to build up some equity with them first. They will usually cover routine things liek checkups and cleanings at first. But if you need anything like a root canal or a crown they either will not cover it or pay maybe 10% of it before the waiting period is up. A better option might be a dental discount plan which provides some major discounts with participating offices.
Reply:Unless you have a job that offers full coverage dental benefits, you may have to purchase private insurance. Check out www.insinfo.com. Or, you can do what thousands of people who are un-insured or want cosmetic procedures done. Check out www.carecredit.com. They will finance your cosmetic procedure, and the interest rates are low! Many of my co-workers have gotten cosmetic procedures thru carecredit.com. Most insurances only cover specific procedures that aren't cosmetic. For example, if you need a root canal and have several cavities and your teeth are discolored and misaligned. Most insurance will only cover the issues that can negatively effect your health. So the insurance will cover the cavities, the root canals only. All other problems may be considered "cosmetic" and won't be covered. So, my best advice to you is to try carecredit.com and just finance your dental procedures.
Hope this helps!
