None, unless you have private health care insurance that covers dentistry. Even we Brits have to pay a large proportion of dental costs despite it being described as NHS.(free at point of need) Finding a dentist is the hardest part unless you are prepared to pay the full cost. You Americans have always alluded to us Brits as having "bad teeth", when you see the cost you may just eat your words. Assuming you have any teeth left rofl.
If I am a US citizen living in the UK under a work visa, what types of dental coverage will I have?
I would think none, unless you have a private insurance policy.
Reply:none. Why should you? Have you paid any taxes into their NHS for several years? No. So why should they give you free dental care.
You either pay for your dental care just like you do back home, or hope your insurance will cover it.
Arrogant americans always wanting preferential treatment at no cost. Just like Bush.
