Tooth Problem. Help!!!??

It seems as though one of my wisdom teeth is growing in, this pain just started today, and it seems as though there is also a tiny lump on the inside of my cheek near somewhat near the tooth that is in pain too, so I cannot tell if its actually the tooth that hurts or the lump in my mouth. I dont have medical or dental coverage so I am really at a loss of what to do

If your wisdom teeth come in and they dont have room to do so ..be ready for some pain and suffering ..at one time i had 4 impacted wisdom teeth (means theres no room for them to come out all the way) and then the 4 teeth in front of them became abscessed because the wisdom teeth smashed them all to hell..my face swelled up like a balloon and i was in agony. Bad thing is ..dental services are hard to come by ..it still makes me terribly angry when i think of all the ppl that suffer without insurance ..it shouldnt have to be that way in America. The only advice I can give is to make some calls to your health department and human services departments sometimes you can get lucky and find a dentist with a sliding scale or free days. Believe me tho ..the problem will only get worse ..sorry for your pain ..good luck
Reply:Ouch that does sound painful and i am sorry you dont have dental coverage thats to bad, you could go to a clinic and get it checked out and see if they will let you see the denist at a reduced price! I hope you get feeling better and get to see a dental doctor! Have a great day!

Reply:it might be a peice f food )popcorn kernal) stuck inthe gum.. leave it alone for a week and if it does not go away then try to locate a ental school in your area for cheaper care or look for an ad in your local papaer that provides a cleaning and check up for 60 bucks and cough up the cash to make sure your teeth dont fall out
Reply:You will definitely have to find out weather or not it is the tooth. In some cases the pain you think you are having is actually another part pf your body trying to over compensate for the real problem. First of all, look for some dentists or organizations that do a lot of work for the low income, or those with no dental insurance. If it is the tooth, you will need to address that problem with the dentist. If it is just a cyst or something of that sort in your cheek, then I believe I have something that COULD cure that.
