He has to at least wait for a little ove a week till he gets paid to go in. Pain relievers PLZ HELP!! IN EXTREME PAIN!!!?
The best thing is to switch between Motrin and Tylenol every 4-6 hours. The Motrin is peripherally acting, and an anti-inflammatory, the tyleonl is centrally acting. The pain will calm down. You are attacking the pain from the two main sources...if this doesnt work, go to the ER get some Vicoden!!
Reply:try a gel just ask the pharmacist
Reply:Pecocet---Very Good
Reply:Valium or tylenol with codine.. you can go the doctor and ask for a prescription and give it to him.
Reply:You can try Temparin. It's a temporary filling that you can buy from your local drug store. I had one %26amp; it helped tremendously with the pain.
Reply:Try orajel on the cavity and the gum at the bottom of the tooth,.

But it isn't cheap. Anbesol works for some people but I always thought orajel worked better.

Sometimes sloshing some rum or vodka around in your mouth will help.

If there is a hole in the tooth that will hold a small pellet if cotton

take a toothpick and pack the cavity with cotton. The air hitting

the exposed nerve is usually what cause one to hurt.

But if you have a abcess which is an infection at the root of the tooth he may not be able to wait,
Reply:the best thing i have found is clove oil, any walgreens or drug store will carry it. don't taste good, but works well. if you can't find it just ask at the pharmacy.use a q-tip to apply.
Reply:You can try something called KANK-A, it worked wonders for me for awhile, then the dentist gave me a mixture medicine called Calloways #2 it has like lidocaine and antibiotics all in one
