Yeah that is pretty basic for dental coverage.

Reply:Those percentages are based on 'usual and customary fees' and not the fees themselves.
For example, if the visit for a filling was $100, you would expect the insurance company to cover $90, right? Nope, it would depend on the 'usual and customary fee' schedule they follow... it may end up costing you a bit more if the 'UCF' is $150....
